For the record:

Draft order will be in descending order of Pick 3 numbers.

For division assignments, we will inverse the numbers (last digit first, first digit last) and put the lowest four numbers in the East, the next four in the Central, the final four in the West.

I'll put a message on the main board indicating we need two more.
