The ones that cost the most are the best :) AND don't forget to check the field every, week as all golfers don't play at every tourney. Believe season one starts in January.

I didn't know much about fantasy golf either when I started. However, the price was right so I went for it. I've really gotten to know the players. It's also important to plan ahead as you'll want at least 3 active golfers each week and none of the golfers play every tournament. There are some excellent web resources so take advantage of them, too.

In general I agree with CATom with the exception of Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh , they suck up so much salary you can easily end up with 3 stiffs who don't make the cut half the time . Tiger frequently seems to skip one tournye a month so he will cost you trades . Top dogs frequently skip the tourney before AND after a major , so keep an eye on that .
Check the cuts made to see who stays in and plays the most , and check out birdie percentages as this is best ball format . If he makes 9 birdies and 9 bogeys ; that's only par but the 9 birdies will help you score . Maybe we can have a private league next year , this year is almost over . :twisted:

You'll be lucky if Tiger plays in half the tourneys. I usually avoid him. Here are my season stats in Fantasy Golf II. Team name is UpNDownersII. Anyone out there in my league?

I love Purdy. He's a great bargain. Unfortunatley he DNS for this tourney so it's a dead spot for this week. :evil:
