OK, nice response! Yes, I agree we should draft parks, that's a huge part of the fun.

So, let's do the lottery thing. nhsteven, bigalric and WARRIOR, post your state here and I'll use tonight or tomorrow's pick 3 depending on when we all get in [b:3978e290ad](draft will go from lowest number to highest). [/b:3978e290ad]Basics:

1. Serpentine draft
2. Your team must fit under an $80MM cap, once the cards are released you'll have 3 days to trade or drop guys to get under the cap. Once everyone is under $80MM (you may need to go under 25 players to do so), we will have a supplemental draft for the dropped players and/or any additional pickups you need to make to draft a complete lineup (25 guys). Post-draft, no roster size requirements and free agents can be picked up as per normal TSN rules (waivers).
3. Divisions will be teams 1-4, 5-8, 9-12 in draft order
4. If you draft someone who does not have a 2005 TSN card, you lose that pick and just pick up a player in the supplemental draft once the cards are out.

Post your questions and I'll keep a running list of rules as issues come up[/b]

nhsteven, if we don't here from you by tonight, I'm going to give you New Hampshire, which seems sort of logical.

Also, WARRIOR, Oregon does not have a Pick 3, please give us a replacement. Thanks!

Warrior: If you still want to do the Barnstormer tour you need to give your info to Moose and pick a state for the pick 3.

"4. If you draft someone who does not have a 2005 TSN card, you lose that pick and just pick up a player in the supplemental draft once the cards are out. "

If you choose a player who doesn't have a card, are you being penalized for that by being lumped in the supplemental draft with everyone else? Or will those people be permitted to make picks prior to a supplemental draft, so that their rosters are equal, then proceed with a supplemental draft? It doesn't seem fair that a person would "lose that pick". Will there be any way of knowing who will and will not have cards any time soon? I'm guessing it will not be known until the game is launched. What are generally the standards by which TSN or SOM decides to include a particular player?

It's intentional - you should be able to easily figure out who won't have a card. It's typically about 100 AB and 30 IP as a general cutoff, but they will exclude guys who are around that amount and have unrealistic numbers. I would expect Bonds to not be in the set this year, and Mike Jacobs, even with 100 AB, probably won't be either.

The reason for the rule is to let you know that you're rolling the dice if you use a pick on one of those guys, just like if you take too many high dollar guys and can't fit into the cap.

OK, I'm giving nh to nhsteven, and for those of you with states who have multiple drawings I'm going to use the number from the last drawing of the night.

I know this is the wrong forum for this, but come on. Three pick 3 drawings a day in some states? No wonder the government wants to shut down online gambling - it's cutting into their action.
