any restriction on home ballpark?

Would it be good to restrict it to the stadium of your first picked team? Might influence someone to pick one team over another in the first round?

It's right in the rules:

[quote:cf178abb69]*** have to pick a stadium from one of your TWO FULL teams selected in round 1 or 2.*** league formation will be 1-4-7-10, central 2-5-8-11 and west 3-6-9-12.[/quote:cf178abb69]

Obviously you couldn't change that rule after the draft has started.

Regarding my draft spot. I hate it! I've seen too many times in this kind of league the people picking near the beginning have an advantage. May not happen here, but I've got my work cut out.

I must be blind (not that there is anything wrong with that)

sorry about the ballpark confusion. I don't know why I didn't notice those rules that were highlighted with asterisks :oops: :?

Have to agree w/ Jeep on this one. How are we doing the 1/2 team draft. It seems that if this is a true serpentine draft then the teams near the top of Round 1 would then have a chance to draft the better 1/2 team. The 1/2 team round should be inverted for that round. Anyone else feel this way. To me it places the bottom teams at a disadvantage.

the 1/2 round is going to be drafted like this;

7/6/8/5/9/4/10/3/11/2/12/1

BECAUSE I believe the middle teams have the HARDEST draft in this draft - I think the BEST draft positions are 1/2/3/10/11/12 - the first three are because they get the 3 best teams while 10,11,12 because they have the best chance of MATCHING up thier teams need with STILL 18-20 major league teams available. Round one 1-12, round 2 12-1 and round threee as listed above! Tom.
