Chicks Dig the Longball V

2. Max 10 pitchers per team.
3. Max 4 pitchers with RP only designation per team
4. All teams will play at Fenway 67
5. It will be a $100 million league using DH
6. Draft order will be by pick 3, note your state during sign-up, highest to lowest
7. Draft will be serpentine
8. Divisions will be (1,4,7,10), (2,5,8,11), (3,6,9,12)
9. We will draft off of Penngray's site. (with his approval of course)
10. 15 round draft then autodraft with waivers the rest.
11. Anything else we can think of...
12. 3 hour time limit on the draft, it is a good idea to use proxies.
13. League name is Longball5 on Drafty Site
Note: There are 121 pitchers under $1M by my count. That means the pitcher rules need to be followed closely. If by some unforeseen circumstance we have a problem getting the pitcher counts and types to conform to ATG II rules and our restrictions, then we may need to make a late change to the rules. I will try to find an independent party to "arbitrate" if this occurs.
