USKL 3 DRAFT FINIS

1. Everyone has to be at a maximum of 30 active players or less, prior to the draft.
Because of this, if there are prospects you want to promote, you will have to make cuts if necessary, to allow for their promotion and still keep your team at a maximum 30 or less, prior to the start of the draft.
2. You are only allowed to cut a maximum of 15, keep this in mind when trading late draft picks and how it might effect your cuts.
3. Draft is a maximum of 15 rounds, if you are not at 40 players after promotions and the draft, you play the season short. (I do NOT see this happening, but thought I'd mention it anyway)
4. Three of us will need to cut less than 10 to get to 30, see list below. 1 of us will have to cut more, to take advantage of a late draft pick that was aquired, or they will forfiet the pick.

Again, if your are planning to promote prospects, add 1 cut for every prospect you are promoting.
Also you can cut MORE if you want to, but everyone MUST be done in round 15, so your max cuts can't take you past that round.
I will post the complete the draft order in this thread AFTER final cuts have been made. Cuts will be due a week or so after TSN launches.
