Please use this thread for your "official" drops - those players that you are definitely dropping. Please use the following example for the drops (this makes it so much easier for me to record):

Starting roster - 40

Prospect promotion - 2 (player A, player B)

Prospect drop - (player C)

Drops - 12

Player D
Player E
etc.

40 + 2 - 12 = 30 (everyone must be at 30 before the draft).

4b) AFTER ALL EXPIRING 2008 PROSPECTS HAVE BEEN EITHER PROMOTED OR DROPPED; AND
4c) AFTER ALL NON-EXPIRING 2009 PROSPECTS HAVE BEEN PROMOTED, DROPPED OR UNCHANGED; THEN

I will not enforce the prospect limit between now and the draft in order to allow for trade activity. Just make sure you have no more than 10 prospects once the draft begins.

Also bear in mind that if you have the maximum number of prospects on your roster you will not be allowed to participate in the prospect draft (since you have no available prospect slots left). If you are at the maximum and want to participate in the prospect draft you will need to trade or release one or more prospects to free up roster space.
