Okay everyone, ready for season 4? Here are the rules again.

125 million cap for your roster, 12 season theme league, ATG V card set, you can only
chose a franchise once, rotating franchise selection based off of sign up
order, Advanced, DH league and weighted drops. Pick a franchise and only use players carded to that team.
Players carded to more than one franchise can only be drafted by the managers of the franchises they are
carded to and are on a first come first serve basis in the draft.

Please remove franchises from list as they are selected.
