12 players will be live drafted, the remaining 13 will be autodrafted. Each of the 12 rounds will be in the following format: A different position for each owners pick each round. Here are the 12 positions:

8 position players (C,1B,2B,3B,SS,LF,CF,RF)
1 DH (explanation to come)
1 SP
1 RP
1 Wildcard (explanation to come)

Therefore all 12 positions will be accounted for during each round. Here's a "mock " round:

Owner1: 2B Roberts
2: SS Rollins
3: RF Ethier
4: CF Sizemore
5: SP Santana
6: 1B Pujols
7: DH Ortiz
8: 3B A Ramirez
9: WC Peavy
10:LF Bay
11:RP Nathan
12: C Martin

As you can see each succeeding owner picks a different position and all 12 rounds are conducted in this fashion.

*DH: Can be any position player with a 3 range or worse. No 1 or 2 ranges with the DH pick (no 1 or 2's at any position)

*Wildcard (hence the name of the league) Can be used 1 time per owner and only once per round. Once you use your WC pick that's it/and once an owner uses a WC pick for a particular round, no more WC's that round. Therefore, 1 WC per round and 1 WC for each owner during the draft. The WC player can be any hitter OR pitcher.

* A player can be used at any position he qualifies at. For example: Reynolds may be used at 1B if 3B had already been picked that round. It also can be a strategic way to block out a position for the remainder of that round.

1) Trading - Allowed.

2) 12 Drafted players must come in at a max of $73.5K in order to draft a valid team. All drafted players must be put on draft card. Penalty for this even if unintentional is losing that player and he becomes a Free Agent.

3) Randomizer will be conducted by outside party to determine draft order.

4) NOT a serpentine format. Everyone gets a shot at first pick with the following format. Here it is:

A. You WILL be forced into picking certain positions late in each round especially the wildcard as one HAS to be used every round.

B. It MAY happen that a manager gets forced into picking the same position more than once.

C. You may initiate the same position more than once. For example: Just because an owner selected a SP in Round I doesn't mean he can't select a SP in subsequent Rounds.

To be selected at any time during the draft in any round along with your draft pick. When you're ready for Stadium selection you post it along with your regular player pick for that round. Stadiums are unique.

The first Four to select a park will comprise The East. Next four The Central and last Four The West. This enables someone to challenge or even possibly duck an opponent.

3 hours 9am to Midnight EDT M-F. Expands to 6 hours at 9am Sat. thru Midnight Sunday. No T.L. during Round I.

Holly cow was hoping this would start Monday. I'm gonna be out of town Saturday- Monday I SHOULD be able to check in on Saturday afternoon, but no guarantees...

Crazy eh?

Jeter just does too much...A+ hitter..A+ speed...A defense....A+ health(700+ PA)....can bat any where 1-3

I would not get another chance at him sure

Splinter, thanks for the offer, unfortunaly I do not own a smart phone,
(hell mine doesn't even text :shock: ). As I said I'll try and check in from my in-laws tomorrow afternoon and evening, I'll be back in town late Sunday afternoon, so hopefully it won't be a major speed bump.
I'm also gonna have limited availablity on Monday, ( it's spring break for my kids and we have an activity planned for most of the day) But again I'll do my best to leave proxies on Monday.

What Niners did in making the first pick of Round II is completely acceptable. It is impossible for anyone left to pick in Rd. I to pick a SS.

I even meant to remind everyone of this yesterday and it slipped my mind.

It also means Frank can make the 2nd pick in Rd. II if he's not picking someone eligible at LF, RF or RP.

That's why on the subject line I said Visick Up and "maybe" Frank.
