[b:25acd20b2d]The draft will start at 8:00 est on Friday night APRIL 23rd, on Adrian's Diamond Dope Draft site! [/b:25acd20b2d]I'll create the league sometime Thursday night or Friday before the draft. I'll shoot for Thursday night so those that want to load proxy's can do so! In the event Adrian's site has problems we'll simply draft in the old fashion on a draft thread created on the ILC. Thats just a backup plan.
Draft Order determined by state 3 pick lotto with 1st pick going to the highest number on down. Serpentine draft order.
Time limit of 5 minutes per pick. 10 minutes on the corners. The purpose of the time limit is to ensure the draft finishes in time to load all the teams before 12:00.( [i:25acd20b2d]** For ILC drafting only!!**Once 5 minutes has expired and I've typed "TIMED" on a manager, it is then the next managers pick. The "timed" manager can pick at any time thereafter but in the event the "timed manager" and the manager whose turn it currently is pick the same player, the "timed" manager will have to repick. We will be using the ATG V version!
We will use the RANDOM ENTRY RULE! This means you can enter whenever your team is ready. There are no set divisions.
The only stipulation to this rule is that once entered, you can NOT pull your team out in order to get in a different division. We have to use the honor system for this rule but it hasn't been an issue yet and I don't expect it to be with this group. I'll PM everyone the password sometime before the draft so you won't have to wait for it after we finish drafting.

Trading draft spots during the draft IS allowed as long as it is posted for everyone to see and it's done right away. This should be done on the draft thread.

First. Thank you to Mort who is covering this for me. I'm really sorry I cannot be there. I will make sure I load many Proxies tonight. If and likely when those proxies run out. Mort will jump in, and keep my spot in the draft moving. Since he is right below me in tomorrow nights shindig, please forgive the time it may take for him to sign in as me then get back and instantly sign in as himself.
I also will promise to be home at around 9pm, 9:30 at the latest, I will check in with Mort and the rest on the chat thread as soon as I arrive, so I will load in the league on time, and be there at the frenzy for certain.
I'd like to thank all the Excellent Gentlemen who are tolerating this, I really like this league, and want to keep playing on with you all. Thanks for letting me do that. :wink:

You will have an interesting core of a team to work with Rivs. I've never seen the entire Board of Directors of the Blatz Brewing Company in the same starting lineup, but I got a feeling, that's what will be on your roster. :P
