Position Draft:
1. Basic Rules: 140M, DH, Waivers, 5/10/20 Drop, Unique Stadium
2.Pre-Draft Rounds –
a. Randomizer will be run to determine draft slot.
b. Each manager, in his designated #1 slot, selects a player at their position designated round. Manager may pass initial pick to select any eligible player at that position AFTER other managers have selected. In this round, EACH manager will basically be making his pick for the round that he is first in.
i. Example: Josh Gibson may only be taken at C in the initial selection round. However, if he is not taken, he could be selected at LF/RF/1B in subsequent rounds.
c. In Second Pre-Draft Round using inverse order… each manager will select 2 Unique Stadiums. They must use one of them in the league.

3. Live Draft Rounds - each round will proceed with selections made of ANY eligible player (based on card) for that position. You may use a player at any position as long as the Position he was drafted at is also on that card.
a. Examples: If Musial is drafted in the RF Round, his 1946 card (9.62m) would not be eligible for that manager to use at any time prior to the start of the season. If Stargell were drafted in the 1B Round, his 1971 card (8.96m) would not be eligible for that manager at any time prior to the start of the season.
b. If player is traded or dropped prior to the start of the season, all his cards become eligible to the new manager. If a player is dropped AFTER the season starts he can be picked up by any manager and his cards are eligible.

4. Auto Draft – The remaining players will be AD. You MUST include all Live drafted players, with eligible cards, on your AD card.

5. Trading of Picks / Players is allowed at any time AFTER the Pre-Draft Rounds.

6. SP – Any pitcher w/ SP on card
7. C – Gibson, Heavy Johnson, Hartnett

10. Any P – any pitcher

You are first up to pick a RF, and you will be 7th in RD 2, the CF round, if I am understanding it correctly.

I think you're up to pick any RF right now. I think the only restriction is that you can't pick up a guy on the list below that is carded to RF as well as some other position (e.g. Ty Cobb, Ted Williams, Oscar Heavy Johnson).

No. You are in the #11 slot. You have first dibs on RFs. You correctly chose Ruth. Once these first two pre-draft rounds are complete, you will then sit out the first live round since you already drafted your RF. When we get to Round 2, you will pick 6th for CFs (technically 7th, but cubs48 will have already drafted a CF in the pre-draft).
