DeadBall / Pre-War + NeL Franchise and Player Draft

This theme will be a merging of the Old TIme Franchises and the NeL players.
Rules:
1. 125m, DH, Adv, Waivers, 5/10/20... Live draft/Divisions by randomizer
2. A 6 Round Live Draft will be held. Randomizer will determine draft order for Round 1, selection of franchises (using both the DB and PreWar rosters). The following 5 Rounds will be to draft NeL player based on franchise seeding... low to high each round.
3. You must use one of the stadiums used by your franchise prior to 1950.
4. You must carry at least 25 players total and 5 NeL players at all times.
5. Eligibility: All players carded to your franchise in the DB and Pre-War set belong to you until after waivers. (Exceptions noted below) After waivers any player that played for your franchise PRIOR to 1951 can be picked up via FA. [b:1a83034da5]**A player DOES NOT have to be carded to your franchise in order to be eligibl[/b:1a83034da5]e... however, if a player card for your franchise is available, that is the card you must use. Ex: CHA could not use an Eddie Collins PHA card.
NO PLAYER CARDS FROM 1951 ON CAN BE USED.
Conflicts: If a player is carded to more than 1 franchise, he is up for grabs in the AD... Except as noted below.
