If you don't, you could end up very disappointed, taking a squad to get a certain player, only to find out he was on a squad taken earlier.

BTW, for right now, we are NOT using a clock. I'll see how well the draft moves along. If everyone stays tuned in, and uses proxies if necessary, we won't need a clock. Don't normally use a clock in RD One, anyway.
