5-round serpentine draft of new players ONLY, followed by 3 more rounds of an open draft (where any player can be drafted)
Reasoning: Although we dont know the new players yet, it stands to reason that there will be an advantage to getting one of the first picks. The last 3 serpentine open rounds will begin with the #12 manager picking first, hopefully helping insure more parity than a pure auto-draft would bring.
