Pick Stadiums that correspond to your franchise groupings, some stadiums may overlap.

May only draft players in your Conference Grouping. You may draft ANY CARD that player has. After draft, 11 managers have a period of time to tweak rosters from their Conference Grouping ONLY. Then, Grab Bag manager has a period of time to craft a roster from leftover players. After the Grab Bag manager is through, any managers may grab any player that has a card for a franchise in their grouping.
Players not assigned are first come, first served.
Any player on FA list during season is eligible to be picked up by Grab Bag manager. Other 11 managers can only pick up a player who has at least one card for a franchise in his Conference Grouping.
For example, if the SEC does not protect Greg Maddux in the draft or susbsequent roster tweaking post-draft, the Grab Bag manager could grab him during his roster formation period. If Grab Bag manager doesn’t pick Maddux up either, then MAC could grab Maddux because of his Cubs card.

Remember, you can draft only cards from teams that correspond to your grouping. Be sure to check the assigned players and the off-limits players. Remember also that there are some players who were not assigned. Those cards and [b:c6cb183440]THOSE CARDS ONLY[/b:c6cb183440] are up for grabs in the draft.

Here is the time frame once the draft has run:
Period 1-After the Frenzy (in name only so we can get access to teams quicker), the 11 managers will have a period of time to tweak their rosters, dropping an excess card, or changing out cards FROM YOUR GROUPING ONLY.

Period 2-Rosters [b:c6cb183440]FROZEN [/b:c6cb183440]and the GRAB BAG manager has free pickings from any card left available on the wire.

Period 3-GRAB BAG manager's exclusive time is up, and the other 11 managers may grab [b:c6cb183440]ANY PLAYER[/b:c6cb183440] left on the wire who has a card for their franchise grouping

I agree with the 24/24 proposal for tweaking and grab bag.

BTW, I will post my draft list for the grab bag team before I enter the autodraft. I will try to draft mid-priced players who usually get ignored (i.e., Gavy Cravath, Ken Griffey Sr., Ray Sadecki). If you plan on drafting anyone on my list, please let me know (either post here or send me a PM) so I can replace the player before entering the autodraft.
