DH, 120m, randomizer to set draft order
3 round draft--
1-first round each manager drafts a team grouping
2-second round each manager picks a team grouping for another manager in inverse draft order, hopefully giving the opposing manager the worst possible grouping (#12 picks for #1, #11 picks for #2, etc)
3-third round each manager picks ONE FA from the team groupings not selected, this round in inverse order
You may only use a stadium from the two groupings you acquire.

The NeLs will not be used as a grouping. The 13 undraftedgroupings, along with any NeL players and Cabrera, Helton, Schilling, and Johnson will provide our FA list for Round 3.
As for players who are carded to more than one team, the first manager who acquires a player in the draft has rights to ANY AND ALL HIS CARDS, REGARDLESS OF TEAM. If I pick the db-pre Cardinals before anyone picks the db-pre Giants, then I have the rights to ANY Frankie Frisch card, for example. This also applies to FAs.
Divisions will be set by randomizer after draft is complete
