I talked to Dugger this evening and his biggest problem was not wanting to hold things up if we slow drafted on DD! He thought it would be much easier on everyone else that I just drop him. I recieved several PM's asking "what can I do to help so Dugger doesn't have to drop out of the league?" I know he appreciates the support! My solution, even though it gets away from the "Quick Draft" concept (for this round) will enable us to keep Dugger and Mort and also add Frank Bailey back into the ranks! It will also allow is to get this draft started!

[b:592bbb7196]We will slow draft 6 players ON THE ILC message boards as soon as I have a randomizer run. There will be NO TIME LIMIT![/b:592bbb7196] All I ask as that whoever drafts on either side of Dugger, send him a PM or an old league mail to draw attention to the fact that he's up. His pain meds are not working and his sleep schedule is very erratic so it may be some time before he notices it's his pick. Please have patience when it comes to his turn. I would suggest, as opposed to checking the ILC constantly to see if there is any movement, just click the "Watch Topic" button at the bottom of the thread. That way you will be alerted to the fact there is movement in the draft. After we have drafted our 6 players, you can load your team anytime you want. I'll hold my team out until we can agree on a night to Frenzy.

We will NOT use the unique stadium rule nor do you have to declare your stadium pick before entry into the league!

We will use the RANDOM ENTRY RULE! This means you can enter whenever your team is ready. There are no set divisions.
The only stipulation to this rule is that once entered, you can NOT pull your team out in order to get in a different division. We have to use the honor system for this rule but it hasn't been an issue yet and I don't expect it to be with this group. I'll PM everyone the password sometime before the draft so you won't have to wait for it after we finish drafting.

Trading draft spots during the draft IS allowed as long as it is posted for everyone to see and it's done right away. This should be done on the draft thread.

What time frame are we using for completion of the six picks ?

I didn't want to set that limit just yet until I had an idea of how fast we're moving with the draft, but if we make good time on it through next week, and certainly 1 pick a day would put us there, then I didn't see anybody that would have a problem with holding the Frenzy on Friday the 22nd. I said I would have a problem but that was if we started drafting at 7:30. I know I can make it back by midnight fer sure! If we make good time on our 6 picks, everybody should be keeping next Friday night in the back of their minds that we'll Frenzy that night.
