We'll do a quick three round draft for FA on the Individual Chat with all teams participating in round one, eight in round two and four in round three. We'll keep the draft order the same in each round (i.e. not serpentine)

After drafting FAs we'll set divisions, then draft our squads as usual.

140 mil cap, 5-10-20 drop, DH. Ballparks must have been used by franchise

FAs are drawn from any players without a card in any of the 12 league franchises and the NeLs. Trading is allowed as long as teams stay within the parameters of free agents. FAs are not mandatory, only optional.

Just one more reminder on the FA draft; only players not carded to any of the 12 franchises is eligible. For example, Clemens would belong to the Jays as they have his highest priced card, but since they are not one of the 12, he belongs to the Red Sox and cannot be chosen as a FA. In that same vein the Sox don't need to choose him (Clemens)as a FA; they already own him.

One more rules question: I have Pedro and he is property of the Red Sox due to the Expos not being in the league. Do I need to choose a Red Sox carded year or can I choose the Expos year?

great question. don't think that was ever answered. eager to hear the response. I'd guess you'd have to use a RedSox year, but I have the same question with Hornsby (can I use his Cubs year or his higher priced Cardinals year).
