The draft order for the Steal Round and the six-round draft (note that modmark held 7-5 season advantage over hackra/Honeyman in only tiebreaker for draft position):

Among other things, please note the new "Infractions and penalties" section. Already, some managers are close to a league violation (not meeting an offseason schedule deadline); however, without your confirmation, I feel I cannot impose any penalties.

The format above, is that for my next three keepers or is that the original three keepers... cannot announce my next three keepers until steal round is over... ain't that correct? :oops:

I have no idea what format you are referring to...

But, yes, the second set of keepers is announced after the steal round is over

Thanks for pointing out the new additions to the rules regarding penalties. While in theory I agree with what you're doing, I'm wondering (aloud) if it might be structured a little differently in relation to scheduling issues?

While I usually pay close attention and rarely miss a scheduling deadline, unforeseen events do come up for all of us from time to time and can't be helped. Once things get off track on the schedule like they did with tomwistar, its tough to get everybody back on track. Perhaps the penalty for missing deadlines is assessed on the second violation rather than the first - within the current season? For schedule violations the counter would reset at the beginning of the schedule for a new season?
