As of this writing all but 1 1st rd player selected in the most recent amatuer draft has singed with their repective clubs. So those guys[b:1ca9c5b303] ARE all eligible to be drafted. [/b:1ca9c5b303]

You sure about that Chuck? In most other leagues no current year draftees are eligible for the same year prospect draft, signed or not. I know that's the way it is in GMKL.
HCKL allows it, but Dave's always the oddball... :P

Our draft didn't start until today, as of today, all but 1 1st round pick has signed , so all 31 other 1st round picks are eligible for this draft.
I've edited the draft order to reflect he pre season trade between terry and myself
