Rules:

All teams start at a salary cap of $80 million (minimum $120 million cash available).

Each week (Monday) after games 21, 42, 63, 84, 105 and 126 are played, teams will be allowed another $10 million to spend. which means the minimum cash available each week will drop to 110M, 100M, 90M, 80M, 70M and finish at $60M.

Each Sunday, teams can designate (reserve) one player to draft the next day, and priority will be by won/loss record, worst to best with ties decided by run differential. Teams will also be given a one hour window to designate their player (if they choose to do so), starting at 10 to 11 am and ending at 9 to 10 pm.

Is there an $80mil limit to your autocracy card? Or are we allowed to have a more expnsiv draft card as long as we are under the cap to start the season?

Pretty sure you must draft at the 80 mil cap. That's how I interpreted it.

The draft could be critical for some, so fairness requires us to all submit teams at or below $80 million.
