UNLEASHED Keeper league interest?? CLOSED we got 12

I'm thinking of putting my money (time) where my mouth is. I'm a huge proponent of simply allowing all the cards to be in play and now that we have that means via the Unleashed card set I'm thinking of starting yet another keeper league.
This one will have some differences from the other 2 I run. ( NAKL USKL 3). For a break down of the rules you can check the first post in the USKL 3 chat thread.
Here are the major diffenerces for the new league:
1. Use unleashed set for every season
2. Only 1 prospect draft of 2 rounds
3. Supplemental draft between seasons only 2 rounds
4. Must cut 15 players every spring, can then make promotions of prospects, but if no prospects are promoted you will draft 15 players every year, if you do promote prospects then you draft less than 15.
Now my reasonings:

2. I'm tired of having all the best young talent scooped up 2 years in advance, I'd like to return some of the talent to the main spring draft.
3. Ditto, again I'm tired of seeing the spring draft so watered down, when it should be the most important draft, I even considerd dumping the Supplemental draft altogether and would not be opposed to it, but felt there needed to be some difference between season 1 and season 2 other than changes in divisions.
4. I want to see more turn over of rosters giving teasm a better chance to compete from year to year, the unleashed card set helps this too.

I will also add, I expect VERY commited owners in my leagues, e-mail address are a must. If you do not feel you will be active on the forums on a year round basis, please do not sign up. Vets prefered, but I'll heard rookies along IF they are willing to make the commitment.
