Who is a better fit in Shea, Helton or Laroche?

It depends on the context. Generally speaking, Helton. More doubles. Better OB. Fewer BPHR's. Bit of clutch. Better D. And he can hit LHP this year. But if your in a division with hitter parks and you don't have any other batters with natural power, maybe you go with Laroche. But you are paying a lot of money for Laroche's # which are just a lot of outs in Shea.
