Sound like a fair trade?
T. Helton, J. Rollins, J. Carroll will being to BoB
Loretta, Rodriguez, Matsui will be going to Shea.

I would want to be on the side getting Loretta, ARod and Matsui.

I wouldn't trade Helton from my Shea team (as If I'd ever use Shea). Not for A-Rod.
