Can Todd Pratt be an effective leadoff hitter versus lefties at Coors?

Not really.

He's a slug on the base paths, if he gets on.

He's got ONLY 29.2 OB chances vs. LH's as well.

If this were 2003, I'd say yes. :D

I wouldn't even pick him for my team as a cheapo lefty killer batting ninth based on a season in Minue Maid, never mind lead off. I have gotten much better results from Greene, Molina and Olivo in the same role.

definelty not a leadoff hitter but as righty platoon in hitters parks he can do well

coors 287 abs .268 .320ob 23hr 61 rbi
petco 213 abs .249 .318ob 15hr 39 rbi
mm 295 abs .241 .321ob 19hr 40 rbi
and after 87 games
sbc 123 bas .252 .338 ob 8hrs 21 rbi

pretty good platoon numbers in 4 very different parks
