What is the differance in statigies vs a 80M teams? I think that a person could not spend 200M on a team

I'm confused by the first part of your question but you are right....you can't spend all 200 million on a 27 man team. It's just not there to be bought. But a 200 mil league does allow you almost unlimited drop/add capabilities as well as plenty of $$ for trades.
