I have seen him used mostly in hitting parks despite the #HR vs lhp's. He has a low WHIP relative to others in that price range and many teams won't have enough lefties to kill him. Being a reverse lefty, I would say the make up of the opposition's lineup is more important than the place he pitches. If the other teams are carrying four LH hitters with "N" power, you may have a problem. I had Clausen go 12-4 in Safeco and used Moyer successfully in prior years at Fenway. The opposition just didn't have many lefties that hit lefties with "N" power at Safeco, and Fenway hid Moyers bad side. So I guess the answer to where should he be used is, as usual, it depends.

He will be very effective in MM....the park neutralizes his HR's vs lefties....I usually match him up with Cabrera as my fourth starters...
