I have formed a new private league for owners who haven't won yet (or only once). The league is aptly called "WANT TO BE A CHAMP". The only change in rules will be a 10% penalty (instead of 20%) for waiver moves in order to increase activity during the season and help an owner correct any drafting mistakes that may have been made.

The first season is heading into the playoffs. We are now taking some new owners for the second season. You can be a rookie, sophomore, veteran, or higher just as long as you are a non-winner. This league is called "WANT TO BE A CHAMP #2". If you are interested, simply PM me for the password.
