Can anyone help or make suggestions on pitcher settings ... I do not understand how they work ? also would like some ideas on a lineup for this team...

player situation? do I platoon w/Francoeur & Gross or pick up drew for RF.

Not a bad team at all. With your currect roster I would suggest these lineups:

vs LHP
Guillen
German
Dye
Soriano
IRod
ARam
LaRoche
Francoeur
Roberts

vs RHP
Guillen
German
LaRoche
ARam
Dye
Soriano
Gross
IRod
Roberts

Try to keep Soriano out of the OF. With Francoeur you have to play Soriano in LF vs LHP. I would suggest dropping Francoeur for either Jose Cruz, Bobby Kielty or even Ozuna so that you can have your Gross/?? platoon in LF. Either that or drop both Francoeur & Gross for a full time LF that can field better than Soriano.
