good D at 1B, good OBP

players shy away from him due to his price tag and his 15 game injury potential

My 1B is Swisher so I was going to use Helms at 3B. His defense stinks at third and with his price tag I was thinking about dropping him for Wright possibly while gaining money. Thoughts?

I'd definitely go for Wright over Helms, especially at 3B
better D, comparable stats, 3M savings and can only be injured for 3 games

I've used Swisher at 1B and in the OF, especially in HR hitting ballparks

What park are you playing in?

Rogers Center. I have Wright on another team and he isn't doing so great so I was a little hesitant to get him again. My team is slow and he adds a little more speed as well.

Escobar and Penny need to go to pick-up 1 more S*

Either Riviera or Papelbon can be downgraded to improve the team elsewhere

You need more D up the middle with Rogers being a hitters park - a 3 @ SS, 4 @ 2B and a 3 in CF won't cut it, try to improve by 1 at each

Took your advice and dropped Escobar and grabbed Becket. Put the money towards Rollins after dropping Bartlett. Penny tears it from what i've seen as well as having him on another team doing very well.

4 man rotation? Does injury potential improve? I like the idea of having 2 closers... 1 for the 8th and 1 for the 9th

I always go with a 4-man rotation if at all possible. A S* with 200+ IP will only get hurt for 3 games. He'll make his next start.

Penny can't do that and Beckett will give up a ton of HR's at Rogers.

You've got 12M tied up for the 8th and 9th. Either Papelbon or Riviera being R1C6 can go 2 innings for the save. C6 can get 6 outs.

Get a 2-3M R2 set-up guy for the 6-8th.

Upgrade your D at 2B and CF.
