What are the other parks in your division?
How many lefties are you potentially gonna face?
Pitching:
You don't need 2 closers. Keep Papelbon and grab a decent sub $3 million setup guy. Then grab hard RH's/LH's for your pen. Quick hook them as well and avoid their weak side.
or
Dump Papelbon and grab a very good setup guy. ie. League and do the same for the pen.
Hitting:
1B: Keep Swisher and dump Lee.
2B: Hill is OK, but there are better 2B's out there.
SS: I hate Furcal, but there may not be anything better.
3B: Chavez is terrible. Great D though. Can't hit lefties and his right side leaves alot to be desired.
LF: You can move Swisher here (and keep Lee), but Lee will go down ALOT. Or grab another LF.
CF: Jones gives you great D here but if there are pitching parks in your division, be prepared for a sub .350 BA.
RF: I like Rios here, but you'll need a decent sub. Expect 450-500 AB's from Rios.
DH: Big Papi.Sweet
C: Not Varitek's best card. Either go with a very good defensive guy here if you go cheap or someone who will at least hit a bit.

dropped Mussina for Wang and put the money towards Arod while dropping Chavez. There are no decent 1b left to replace Lee so I picked up stairs as a decent back up to Lee for when he gets hurt.

I think this may be my best team yet...... My other two teams have losing records so it shouldn't be hard to improve.
