1. Can a batter get injured on a hit-and-run?
2. Can a batter get injured on a bunt?
3. If "yes" to either, what is the likelihood of injury -- is it more like a "inj 1" or an "inj 6"?
(Didn't know where to ask questions about rules -- hope "strategy" section is OK.)

No to both. Hit and run and bunting don't use the batters card, and that is where the injuries are.
