Bullpen strategies

Howdy,
My 70s Astrodome team is floundering around the .500 mark. We're the best defensive team in the league and have two [i:47cb177300]outstanding[/i:47cb177300] relievers in Romo and Hrabosky. Those two are walking on water this year, with Romo as the set-up man and Hrabosky as the closer.
My question is this: Should I "maximize" my reliever usage under "Manager Strategies"? The same goes for the "closer" option? I've had both set for normal, where Romo and Hrabosky have absolutely shined, but my team's record is still around .500
Would [i:47cb177300]you[/i:47cb177300] maximize the use of these two stars?
Larry
PS: This is just my second SOM team and it's my first team where I've even tried to use a bullpen.
