Do 680 PA hitters get hurt for rest of game? PROVE IT!

It has long been my understanding that a batter with an injury on his card but 680 or more PA can get hurt, but only for the rest of the game. However, in my experience, I don't recall one of these batters being injured even for part of a game. In other words, I am wondering whether 680 PA plays just like having no injury marked on the card.

Can anyone post a link here to a boxscore where a player with 680+ PA was injured for part of a game? The example can be ATG4 or 2008.

Thanks.

Maybe you should post this in the main ATG board. There doesn't seem like there is much activity here.

F.O.X. is right about not a lot of activity in the ,"Strategy" forum,........... and by GUM that is a sad state of affairs. I wish more GMs/players would post ,"Strat strategy" here.

And I really like saying,....... or typing,........"By gum".
