As reluctant as I am to make a decision that benefits my team, the fact is that it is stated on the thread multiple times that the clock would start with Round II, and although it has only been 24 hours since I confirmed the clock would remain on during weekends, it was never said that the clock would be off on Weekends, nor did any owner request the clock be off on Weekends.
Therefore, after giving Ineluki as much time as I felt could be afforded, my pick has been made and the draft continues.

I don't know how long the draft waited on me, but when I just logged in I noticed it was my turn and proxied hadn't fired. I guess I turned proxies of during the long wait and I forgot to turn them on.
Sorry, they're back on and rebuilding them for the remaining picks.

Well, I can skip him again now but will wait to see what our fearless leader wants me to do, as he runs the risk of having to find a replacement owner for him if I do. :roll:

Wait as long as you're willing to wait before making a selection ... we'll stop the draft at Ineluki's 4th round and hold at that spot, as by then he'll have missed 2 full rounds.
If Ineluki hasn't checked in within a couple of days (say Tuesday) then we'll see about a replacement.

Also, Ineluki might also respond better to a PM rather than a page (seem to recall that was how I got him last time) so if a couple of owners could send him a PM with a friendly reminder that he is up in our draft - that could be helpful also. :)
