I had my eye on those Pirates... didn't think they'd go all the way to my pick, and i was sure either YF or kev would take them, figured maybe that YF would go with a post-61 team, I figured wrong!, and then kev would take them, either way didn't think they'd get to me. I picked them 3rd in another draft... I would have likely taken the reds as next choice, so in a way the "vibes" were right.

If you are not a homer and don't want the 84 Cubs I guess you will pick the southsiders.....55 White Sox. If you are a true Cubs fan you could never pick the White Sox! :P

Don't worry about it though. I am true blue Red Sox all the way but I didn't want the 78 Bosox. I don't let real life and SOM favoritism mix. I have used the Yankees in a 1969 team league before and won the pennant with them.

Is there a minimum number of players from the team you selected that needs to be on the roster or can you replace every player if you wanted to?

If there is no minimum number of players then we were really only drafting a stadium and a handful of players in the first round right?

New Teams only!

1. $80 million, DH league
2. 4 round draft, followed by autodraft and waivers.
3. The first round would be for a team, you would get all the players listed for that team under your rights and you could use them or trade them.
4. the remaining 3 rounds would be for individual players from the undrafted teams. The draft would be the reverse of the original draft order in all three rounds, i.e. 12-1, 12-1, and 12-1, not serpentine.
5. All undrafted players from undrafted teams are free to all.
6. You must use the stadium of your team from the team draft.

Only cards from the new teams can be used, no old cards may be included. So if you draft a team where a player has been left off because they appear on a current ATG team, then they are not included on your team.

I think that covers everything. If you are interested, pleae sign up, the sooner we can start the better. If you have any ideas to change the rules, post them and we'll figure it out.
