My understanding is that the FA pool opens up when the 95% penalty goes into effect... which should be as soon as tonight's game results are posted.

kptnfmrs is correct. The players in the FA Pool are available once Games I-III have played and the 95% penalty goes into effect.

I'm pretty happy -- between a trade with Ugly, and FA pickups, I was able to add Soto, Key, K.Hernandez, Whitaker and Buddy Bell to my team ..
