I hope this is it. I don't see any point for another round. Not much left on the available teams. We've picked them apart like a T-Giving turkey. Lets make the rest of them FAs and build some teams. :D

some housekeeping notes, I may post this a couple more times as it is easy to miss in these long draft posts:

The decision is to cut the live draft at 3 rounds and go to the autodraft. Because there was opposition to a frenzy at the beginning, we will go waivers.

AD Rules: You may put as many of the players from your selected teams on the AD list as you like. They belong to you unless you trade them. Individual drafted players, however, must be on your AD card and on your roster for you to retain rights to them. If you leave them off your AD or release them, they are free game. If you trade a players rights for a drafted player (or another player on your roster), the drafted player must stay on the new teams' roster to maintain rights.

One exception to the AD rules, if you are trading a player on your roster for the rights to another player not on roster, you may do it as a drop and pick up, but: You must send a message on league mail first announcing that you are doing it as a drop and pick up, and that player will be hands off. Otherwise, if you just drop, he is fair game.

Divisions are:
East: CPL, Jablowmi, LMBombers, and Wjanssen
Central: Crossing, Sykes, Yountfan, and Cubs48
West: Jsamia, Free Radicals, EhleKev, and Hakmusic

When ready, if someone from the East could set up the league as $80 million, DH, and weighted waivers, and send a password to the other east teams, that would be great.

I will be out all day tomorrow, but I am in the west, so hopefully I will get home to finish up the league. Lets try to get the draft done as soon as possible so that we can get our teams entered by tomorrow at the latest.

The above is clear to me that one of the 3 players we drafted individually HAS TO BE ON OUR DRAFTCARD INITIALLY... and HAS TO BE ON OUR ROSTERS THROUGHOUT PRESEASON AND DURING SEASON... or they are fair game- this is normal usual treatment of players in typical leagues.

Less clear to me... do we maintain TOTAL, SEASON-LONG RIGHTS to the players that are part of our full-team we drafted? I drafted 1934 NY Giants... and if any of those players are left off my draft card, I still have the rights to those players, even while they are in the waiver pool, right? (Unless traded of course)

Corollary to the above... once the season starts, do I still maintain the rights to all my 34 Giants...? or is there a point where anyone off my roster is fair game? I think I know this answer, too, but want to make sure everyone is thinking of this the same way... is that right?

Everyone retains the rights to their " home team " throughout the season unless traded is how I looked at it .

Hey, I'm in the east, so I will go create the league... and then I'll PM the password to the other East Managers as instructed.

If it turns out that my draftcard has any of the players that will be selected in the next 3-4 picks I will surrender the player to the drafting manager... no worries there.. just want to get this league started and my team entered so I don't hold things up!

Question... are we using the straight 20% drop penalty or the scaled 5/10/20??
