I don't think his post was a joke, although that was the first i'd heard about it ... my guess is he feels the remaining pool of players from the 11 available teams is too limited.

I don't know if I'd agree or not ... I do know it was difficult to make my 3rd individual pick selection, but that was because I was looking for a specific type of player at a specific position ... I still saw some decent players available - except they did not fit my team/park/etc.
