Event 5, League 7 (AL only)

Guys - I know this is getting difficult now with the limited amount of players, but that should also make it easier. It'd be nice to have this done today. I try to have 12 - 15 proxies loaded so that my next two picks are covered. We have 3 1/2 more rounds to go, and don't forget, one of your picks must be your ballpark. I think two of you guys never posted your previous parks, so please do that for the rest of us. Thanks and let's get this done.

The other issue is we have to set up the league. Has one of the guys in the East done that? If not, please do so, so that we can finish the draft and get the autodraft done. At this point, I would be surprised if we were able to begin play next week.

I am posting my players on my Start Draft Card as I pick them, just add Washburn to your roster on that site and you will get him. Smitty, you might want to make clear where to place the drafted players (Top or Bottom of draft list). Guy's, when picking the final players to fill your roster, use Penn's site so you do not accidentally pick players already picked. SGT D

For the autodraft, list your 17 drafted players at the bottom of your draft card, because no one else should draft them. If someone does mistakenly autodraft an already drafted player, they must immediately drop them. List your 8 undrafted players at the top of your autodraft card, and make sure they are AL players and NOT previously drafted. (As SGTD recommended, use Penn's draft site if you are not sure if a player has been drafted). Also, be sure to select the correct ballpark.

Who will step up from the East to set up the league?

Unless everyone in the league posts here today that they will be ready to enter their team by 7:00 tonight, there is really no point in the east busting their ass to get this thing started.

I will tell you from experience that based on how this group has drafted and where we are at in the current draft, this league will not get started today. So as I stated above unless everyone else commits that they will enter their team by 7:00 tonight, I will not be entering my team in the east this evening. My entire roster has been picked via proxy and I atleast want to spend an hour figuring out who is remaining in the FA pool that fills in the gaps.
