Bob is always the Rabble-Rouser. Interesting question about the Sub-$3M guys in the live draft. I don't think I would want to pick sub $3M guys in the live draft knowing that 33 Top paid players have been gobbled up.... but then again, Ive always known Bob to be brilliant!!! :D How can I ever question his strategies especially after crushing us all in the 1st ever TOTM season?

I'm ready to go as well. 8) Hopefully Hooner will come back though I haven't seen him on the boards for many days.

(1) I didn't crush anybody in the first installment of TOTM League. Lucky is more like it.

(2) Brilliant? No. I do, however, realize that I'm up against some real quality players in TOTM Club...looking for a legal edge, that's all. There is ALWAYS a better way to do everything.

I figure that even the 34th, 35th and 36th best player would be OK if I could surround them with a few "stomachable" sub-$3 million players, that's all.

But as I look at the ATG III catalog, I'm having a change of heart. Lots of high-priced talent available, but a noticeable "drop off" after the top 15-20 players.

Let's get that 12th guy and move on!!!

Unfortunately, I have not yet heard back from Hooner and it appears he has NOT been very active on the boards lately.

Let's go with only the big guns in the live draft portion this time. Might be interesting to try this sometime with a 15 or 20 round draft and the ability to draft who ever/when ever.

Hooner11 hasn't posted here in over a month, I just sent him a league mail in the stone hands league. Maybe he'll check it this morning.
