BTW, in LOTO's past, i was actually probably the worst player - certainly the lowest ranked. I just like playing the best players so I have something to tell my grandchildren about... :lol:

My team has underperformed so badly down the stretch that I still haven't secured the final spot yet. BOBBY's Mania own the tiebreakers against my team as do LMB's Tickets...but I own the tiebreakers against Alphonso.

This should and could have been secured ANY time the past week. All I reall need is 1 win out of my sorry 2nd half bunch or 1 loss by the tickets to secure the spot in the 2nd round. I have little faith in my team to pull it out with a win(As they have disappointed me every time they could have secured this). So I am hoping my Pal Al will find a way to win at least 1 from LMB.

Looks like there are lots of decent races for the remaining spots to make the 2nd round...GL to everyone on this the Final day of Round 1.

BTW, with Giddup's team at 97 wins with 3 to play, you gotta' gives him a huge "Hats Off!!" - Just that many wins in a LOTO league is a sensational feat...But earlier in the season, he had a 13 game losing streak - making his record truly amazing.

In the 1st round of LOTO 06'...23 of the 24 Spots have been filled...But we are waiting for the dust to clear on a 4 way photo finish for the tiebreakers in League A...

Cummings, Coffee, Kav and Glenn have finished at 80-82...

If someone could figure out the tiebreakers for those 4 teams and fill in the Final (24th) spot, I would be most grateful...

Those are the 23 filled spots...I am very lucky to have made the 2nd round...GL to all those who made the playoffs in round one and the 24 who made round two.

My condolences to the 24 who did not and everyone who played LOTO 06' gets an automatic bid in the LOTO 07' Tour. After I get this Round setup, we can also setup a consolation league for anyone interested in playing against the competition that missed out this time.

As soon as we know the 24th spot, we can pick our states for a pick 3 for our Ballparks.

Round 2 is 100M CAP/DH/WEIGHTED WAIVERS/ADVANCED RULES/20% CAPHIT ON ADD/DROP and UNIQUE STADUIMS based upon the pick 3 - Lowest to Highest.

The Initial Rules for making the Finals Round were Best 6 Records from Each of Leagues A and B in Round 2...And Yes, lightning did strike in round one. Jamie, who won his Division, did not make the 2nd round due to missing by 1 game.

It has been discussed on this thread as to whether the teams that advance, should be the 4 playoff teams OR the 6 best records from each of the 2 leagues.

I have heard different sides from several players and am considering altering that rule for round 2 into the Finals League.

So I have decided to put it to a MAJORITY VOTE. After you choose your State for the Pick 3 Lottery - I would like for each player of the 24 to leave a simple Y or N(Yes or no) next to their state on this ruling.

Y (Yes) means that your voting that the rules remain the same as listed before we commenced play in Round One...The 6 best records from each the A and B League will be those who make the Finals Round.

N (No) means that you are voting to change the rules to...The 4 playoff Teams plus the next 2 best records make the Finals round, regardless of record.

In the event of a tie, the Rules will remain the same as stated previously.

My condolences and apologies to Jamie who won his Division, yet missed out on Round 2. The votes here will decide how advancement to future rounds will be determined in 07' as well.
