Wang I drafted when I traded to get a second round pick.

My line-up is looking ok

CA- I-Rod/Piazza
1B/DH- Giambi/Thome/Thomas/Delgado/Millar/Palmeiro (anyone need a 1B?)
2B- Graff/Spivey/Polanco (could use help here)
3B- Mora
SS- Everett
OF- Klesko/Floyd/LuGo/Alou/Stairs/Winn
CF- Beltran

I have 3 stud SPs and that is it- Halladay, Mussina, Contreras.

I am looking to trade 1B/DH or OF for upgrades (2 for 1), pitching or infielders.

Hawk, I think I sent McCann (or, really the draft slot where I picked him) to you as part of the Jones-Hernandez deal.

Blue I sent you a trade- also, Blue's roster above doesn't include A-Rod (or E-Rod as he is known in Toronto), Marcus Giles, etc...

I gotta look back and see what I have going on. I think I am in good shape except for C and CF.

So two big holes to fill...

High pick in the supplemental should help.... but plenty of trouble in the power spots and pen.

On the bubble:

R Cedeno- will he ever get some discipline at the plate?

kenny rogers - aging lefty who's faded since earlier this year.

Dan Johnson- Does Billy know something we don't?

Chris Duffy - does this guy want to play baseball or not?

Kyle Davies - next atlanta stud or dud?

H Penn - lost the appendix and his chance to pitch in the bigs this year.

Sept Mini Draft ( optional ) - Max of 3 rounds

Postby ROBERTMAVIN » Sun Sep 03, 2006 11:36 am

For those who want to participate in the mini draft... here is the order of the draft...

September draft order:

1- Ineluki
2- Sykes
3- smackk
4- akindian
5- kaviksdad
6- nythawk
7- mtarbell
8- Detroit Tigers
9 - bobm1007
10- Jack377
11- Blueiguana
12- Cubit

Just a reminder on the rules... players must have a current TSN SOM players card to be eligible for this draft, and of course, can not be on any other teams 40 man roster

You must drop a player in order to pick a player up
. Please name tht player on the same line the player you draft is listed

The dropped players are also added to the available player pool ( assuming they have a TSN card for this season) and are immediately available to be drafted as well.

It is Sept and unless anyone feels uncomfortable drafting on the basis of real life stats to date, we can start this draft now
