Theme League! - DH $80M/UNIQUE PARKS/NOW FILLING!!

Our historical single season sets

I'm out here and looking for a 69 theme league, but I don't like the DH for 1969. So, I'm sitting this one out, but remain interested in future themes.

Bump! I had a bad feeling about filling this one with all the interest in ATG III. Any ideas on how to get five more owners interested?

J.L. - I think you hit the nail on the head. ATG3 has taken over, at least for the time being. I'm guessing that people have multiple teams working now with ATG3 and we may need to wait for some of them to burn those teams out.

Might still be interested Just not enough time for live drafts Have to check all my teams around a very heavy work schedule and I play everything 200x 80's and ATG III also

The live draft *is* very time-consuming. Perhaps if we make this an auto with unique parks....?

Have to agree with the idea of opening things up a bit.

I'm cool with whatever format we go with as long as we stick with the DH, but maybe we could entice some more managers if we just turn this into a straight autodraft?

Agreed. We could even drop the unique parks so we don't have to go through a Pick-Three phase. Anything to get this going. I'd like to try a DH league-- never done one in '69.

If you guys think we can fill an autodraft league, let's do it. Someone make the move, draft a team and form a league. Let's do DH with waivers and keep it at 80 mil. J Law

There is an $80 mil "Password protected" league (Fiendly Rivals) which has been sitting on the league available list for quite some time that has 5 teams enterred.

I'll see if I can make contact with one of the managers in this league and see if we can get their password... if so, we'll be 5 managers closer to filling.

I'll check back tonight on this. I'm heading for no computer land for the reast of the week, and don't want to be left in the dust.

Unique parks would be nice, but '69 leagues seem to have at least some variety, as opposed to 2006, where you are guaranteed three or more Coors and two PNCs in every league.
