I didn't even know that HAL would use a RP six games in a row. It has been my experience that if I won 3 games in a row and all were save situations that my closer would only be used in the first two games and someone else would close the 3rd game.

Maybe he has the settings for closer set as maximize is the only trick?

Randy, I have set up Wagner under the little known "NEVER USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES" setting..............knowing that HAL will do the opposite of what you want him to do!! :D

Wagner has decided to not buck the system and fall in the ranks and follow the Even Steven theme. After his quick 6 saves, he is on his way to 6 blown saves. Last night he started with #1 blown save. He will pick up his other 5 blown saves very shortly I'm sure.

Personally, Overbay is doing good for me, currently hitting .301 and Todd Jones as always is doing nicely. :)

I for one am following the theme to the "T" with my 12-12 record. 8) :wink:
