I will need to buy a 2004 team (or get one of my credits transsferred for this theme).

In the meantime, can you provide a listing of the players that are BARRED? That might be easier for those of us that are not familiar with the stealing ratings or that may not read the cards so closely.

I double that if that is the case. I did not realize that the letter ratings were not used. Could some one verify that please. Guess I need to know that after all my teams I have drsfted. :?

Andrew is correct. Strato replaced the letter code (even though they still provide the rating on the card as a reference) with the newer more accurate rating system that Andrew had provided.
The speedy guys are being targeted by Andrew as no-nos in his theme. It will be station to station baseball just like Earl Weaver used to like it!! :D

As for which hitters make it, couldn't tell you until I create the league to gain access to the players list. From looking over my teams I see Vlad is not eligbile but some clown named SF Leftfielder is. All pitchers of course make it and no restriction on ballparks. Just hope there are enough middle infielders who qualify. Think on all my teams found 1 SS, 1 2b, and 1 guy who plays both second and short. I presume there has to be more but I got use to the idea of middle infielders and pinch runners who can steal. Hence, nevere really thought about it. :oops:

So far I have found 24 players who can play second without being an asterisk stealer. Some of them can even play defense while others.... Their salaries range from 7.41 mil to 1.60 mil
