I would say random, with 3 fa picks above 1.0 and 5 fa below .5, with salery cap you may need some scrubs which 3 full teams gives as an advantage in scrubs, espically for round 4 when it is only 60mil.

I really like the limited FA suggestion above. As to random or not.....it really doesn't matter to me.

My team will consist almost entirely of '55 Reds hitting and '06 Cubs pitching. I can live with that! :D

Hopefully the league will be set up as FRENZY. There is no need for waivers since we already hold the rights to all the players on our rosters.
