They are high priced, but will almost always get you wins. Curt Young can be a bargain if you get one of the 1.10 years. Hurst is a good #4 guy b/c he's relatively cheap and gets K's. Rasmussen can get hammered in a HR park, even on his good years. Knepper is a great, cheap options, but, again, have to beware of BP HR's. But he's only 1.5M, and can serve as a lefty outa the bullpen/spot starter, even on a couple of his not so good years.
