Bob I was under the impression that any player that was on Penn site was available.If this is the case then wouldnt Hill be available since he is definitely listed there???

rich hill was not included in the TSN SOM deck.

he had less than 25 IP which would exclude him.

The dropped players are also added to the available player pool ( assuming they have a TSN card for this season) and are immediately available to be drafted as well.

Hawk... I think USKL1.... uses that rule.. but we use the one shown above.. so players have to ahve a current TSN/SOM card. Sorry Hawk
