Need help from the experts - What happens on BP non-HR

I need some help reading a pitchers card in hopes of getting an injury reveal.

I had a pitcher injured on a flyout. There was a runner on first with one out and the runner did not advance. There are two possibilities on the pitcher's card under 6/12.

-- One is fly(lf)C whcih would obviously work here
-- The other is #HR

The game was in Comiskey so its a good chance that the #HR would turn into a flyout. My question is do we know whether its flyout (A), (B) or (C)? Obviously if it were FO(A) the runner would have advanced so we'd have the reveal.

My question would be whether it's possible to have a fb(b) or (c) on a hit-and-run attempt on a 6/12 roll. (The result on the pitcher's card is sometimes changed on a hit-and-run attempt. I think, but am not entirely sure, that a flyball is not possible in such a case.)

W power on a BPHR is supposed to be a Single **, not a fb(b).

HBA is assuming the roll fell outside of the HR range for Cominskey Park, I think.
